Congratulations to Aitken College and Melbourne Girls College!

This year EnviroGroup partnered with DEECD and others to deliver the Resource Smart School of the Year Awards which was held at an exciting event for the students and supporters of nominated schools in the Olympic Ballroom at the MCG.

EnviroGroup were proud sponsors of the Energy Smart School of the Year Award category and is thrilled to congratulate two schools it has worked with directly to achieve success. They are Aitken College in Greenvale and Melbourne Girls College in Richmond who shared 1st prize. Winners and finalists will share in more than $45,000 in cash and prizes to support them in growing their sustainability projects.

The Awards recognise and reward Victorian Schools, students and teachers for their initiatives and achievements in resource management in the areas of biodiversity, energy, waste, water and community partnerships.
