Service and ongoing support
When EnviroGroup enters a relationship with a customer, we do not do so lightly. We see it as an ongoing committment to comprehensive support both before and (more importantly) after the installation of your system.
Some companies choose to cut costs by not providing their customers with necessary post-installation administrative support required to actually get their system up and running. Receiving the feed-in tariff and arranging for the installation of your new bi-directional meter can be like pulling teeth. It is an unnecessarily convoluted bureaucratic nightmare and can really tarnish the whole solar power experience - one that should be an overwhelmingly positive one.
At EnviroGroup we do all the paperwork for you. We arrange the installation of the new meter and lodge your feed-in tariff on your behalf. You've paid enough for your system, so why should you have to struggle with masses of paperwork and constant phone calls to electricity retailers and wholesalers?

Solar Display Room and real Shopfront
When you deal with EnviroGroup or EnviroShop Solar, you have the unique opportunity to actually come and meet your solar consultant in our live solar display room. We have our own working solar power system, giving you the opportunity to learn about solar by seeing a live system in the flesh.

Mick Harris started what is now EnviroGroup & EnviroShop back in 2006. The Environment Shop (as it was known then) was one of the very first businesses of its kind. Today, EnviroGroup and EnviroShop have the capacity to offer a much larger range of sustainability products and services on a much larger scale.
